Susan Haralson is one of the founders and has been the co-owner and VP of Premier Home Health Care, Inc., since 1992. Susan and her partner, Jim Goff, started the company in the dining room in 1992. Premier HHC has grown to include twelve offices throughout Missouri, with over 500 employees serving over 2,000 patients. She received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Speech & Mass Media from School of the Ozarks and worked as a news reporter for KWTO and KSPR for ten years before starting Premier HHC. The success of Susan’s company has allowed her to pursue a passion of community involvement, which includes being President of Sunrise Rotary Club, Vice Chair of the Ozark Chamber of Commerce, COST Board of Directors, and Finley River Community Foundation Board. Susan has been selected as one of Springfield Business Journal’s top 20 Most Influential Women in Southwest Missouri. Susan has served as Legislative Affairs for the Council for In-Home Services in Jefferson City as well as other consulting positions locally and in Jefferson City. She is involved in her church and loves to sing on the Praise Team. Susan lives in Ozark, Mo. with her husband Shannon. Her son Ryan, the “Rogue Barber”, daughter-in-law Dacy, and that special little grandson, Aidan, all live close by.
