Premier Home Health Care, Inc. - Home Care Services
Premier Home Health Care can provide from 1 hour a day to 24 hours a day of services to keep your loved one home. PHHC's 24 hour Live-in Companion services were the first of it’s kind to be located in Springfield. Call us. We charge by the day, so it much less expensive than other agencies charge because we care!
PHHC can provide:

Nursing Care:
Set-up medication, fill insulin syringes, monitor skin conditions, general health assessment, venipuncture, including additional Doctor’s orders for the patient

Pediatric Nursing Services:
Medications, PICC I.V., feeding tube, apnea monitor, suctioning, ventilators, oxygen therapy, gastrotube feeding, AG/BiPap/Cpap/Hoyer lift/Transfer device, kangaroo pump, tracheostomy change/care, respiratory treatment, and maximyst.

24 Hour Live-In Companion Care:
We supply aides that will live-in with your loved ones 24 hours a day to keep them at home and out of the nursing home. PHHC provides nurse aides who will stay in your home for 24 hours at a time to make sure you are never alone.
PHHC normally sends at least 2 people a week so that our companions can have adequate rest. Our employees can NOT administer medication, but can do almost anything else that you would do for your own grandmother.

Homemaker Chore Services:
Meal prep, cleaning floors, dusting, vacuuming, doing laundry, washing dishes, running errands, etc.

Personal Care Services:
Oral hygiene, assistance going to the bathroom, assisting with transfers, ambulation, changing bedding, assistance in the reminding of meds, applying lotions, and meal prep.

Advanced Personal Care:
Bowel program, passive range of motion, ostomy and catheter care, aseptic dressings, and assistance with transferring.

Respite Care:
Laundry, light housekeeping, meal prep, assistance ambulating, limited personal care, medication reminder, shopping, games, and companionship.

Staffing to nursing homes, assisted living and hospitals can also be arranged.
